Marshmallow Clouds

Marshmallow Clouds was comissioned for the title wall of TIFF Kids digiPlayspace 2016. Designed by Tangible Interaction and fabricated by a team of students in Ryerson's New Media program.

Toothbrush Machine

Simone Giertz' Toothbrush Machine reimagines the simple daily task of brushing one's teeth.

Alongside a Meera Balendran, and Alex Basso I refabricated and programmed this piece for its North American premiere at TIFF digiplayspace 2016.

After Superman

After Superman (Homage to Laurie Anderson) is a 2015 experiential installation which uses 48 glowing cubes to create a forced-perspective pixel grid. Set to Laurie Anderson's O Superman, this work explores what it means to navigate both space and time.

Thymio Playground

Thymio Playground is an interactive installation for TIFF Kids digiPlayspace 2016. The installation was the Canadian premiere of L'Association Mobyasa's Thymio robots. Hilary Julien and I designed the visitor experience for the 7 week long exhibition with a focus on durability, interactivity and education.

Forest

Forest is a creative collaboration between internationally acclaimed visual and new media artist Micah Elizabeth Scott and the New Media program at Ryerson University.

BitMorph

BitMorph is an interactive experience at the Ontario Science Centre which ran during summer 2016. Visitors could grow a unique character which would morph as they explored new areas of the Centre. The characters were displayed in checkpoints throughout the exhibitions using a pepper's ghost hologram effect.

The installation was hugely successful with 110,000 scans, 27,000 characters evolved at multiple modules and 30% of visitors visiting the website afterwards. To visit our website, check out www.bitmorph.rtanewmedia.ca

I designed the final module and assisted the fabrication team.

Mad Matters Exhibition

This exhibition sought to disrupt traditional understandings of mental illness by recontextualizing individual experiences in the context of systemic bias.

Human Roadmap

This interactive installation maps the participant's pulse and muscle exertion to reconfigure movement into a dynamic visual.

Watch

Watch (or the Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) is an interactive installation which exposes and interrogates surveillance relationships.

Bosu Pong

Bosu Pong is an active way to play the classic video game Pong. Using the app, you can connect into the game and rock back and forth to move your controller.
